Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, certificates, and promotional gifts are included in the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the shipping label to your package and send it back to our designated warehouse using a traceable postal service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
